Principles

Discretion by default: Leadership changes and restructuring are sensitive. We only share what has been agreed.
Criteria before candidates: The role profile is approved before the search starts, so the choice can be explained afterwards.
You decide: We advise and document. Hiring and organisational decisions are yours.
No decorated numbers: We do not show client logos, reviews or statistics we cannot document publicly.

Who we help

Owner-managed companies, boards and leadership teams facing a leadership change, a growth phase or reorganisation — and organisations without an in-house HR function that need structure without building a large department.

We work in Danish and English. Meetings are arranged individually within opening hours.
